I was waiting for the jelly to set for the trifle. Lol. It's called 'having a fridge that's full of ingredients!' Lol. Whoosh!
It may look like a lot of cream on top but the jelly, plus sponge cake and custard combine to make it just the right amount.
So I had the scrumptious trifle early this morning! Is a winner!
