I am waiting for the jelly for my trifle to set and it's taking more than 1 and a half hours. Lol but I make my dinner in the meantime and that is rice and potatoes which I was going to have with a vegetarian burger but I decided to have the vegetarian chicken instead and add herbs and the Caribbean curry powder to it.
It's Easter so I have been eating the vegetarian burgers over the Good Friday weekend and it carried on over to this weekend.
