Chicken stew and rice

I don't usually get a batch of vegetables unless I will be eating it all that week as vegetables even in the fridge goes off very quickly. Potatoes, if not eaten within a week goes greenish at the edges and start to sprout leaves so a few weeks ago I tried freezing boiled potato cubes and I found out that it was too soft and mushy after being in the freezer.

The stewed chicken looks like a Chicken Korma but it is creamed chicken (stew) bought in batches from that shop with a country name.
