I usually have an early lunch, and this one is no exception. The BBQ ribs from the shop with the name of a country, delight on a plate.
Asparagus is in season right now and it's a perfect vegetable for any outdoorsy dishes as grilled, it is nice on its own. I like it especially with potatoes and these vegetables are easy to pack in a picnic camper for a picnic spread.
The BBQ ribs hit that spot with the vegetables so happy lunch-ing!
