Bread with pizza topping as a buffet lunch is ideal for a Spring or Summer buffet. I did a selection of pizza toppings and ones with Philly cheese (cream cheese) - it was just the lunch I wanted!
Shops do the platter of small sandwiches which has a wide selection of luncheon meats and vegetarian sarnies.
