A breakfast is not the same without bacon but I did not have any and ham is more of a lunch than a breakfast, so I had an early lunch for breakfast Lol! Bacon is my favourite but it is not easy to fry with all that smell everywhere unless you have a fan extractor. This shop which is named after a country, has some superb cold luncheon 'meat' and their freezer produce is excellent.
Again, the ambience of a breakfast place or cafe adds to having breakfast somewhere you can see the hustle and bustle of life or just a common with a hive of joggers queuing up for a drink.
