This BBQ pulled pork from one of the main shops sounding like Aylesbury, with its special BBQ sauce means I don't use any side sauce with it, and it's one of those dishes you should include in any picnic and buffet list of foods.
I like chips but shop bought and Fish and Chips bought chips to me aren't as oily as mine as I don't use enough oil because I run out too quickly of cooking oil otherwise.
If you are going outdoors though for a picnic, best check if you can have a picnic in that park or if you have friends who have space in their gardens, better still! This BBQ pulled pork with its unique sauce at any outdoor gathering is ideal.
