#lunch Southern fried chicken

I tried baking the chips after putting them in the freezer overnight which made them too soft so I have put them in a pot with greens and I'll take out the blackened ones.

I kept the coating that were left in the frying pan. 

My dad used to take me to the shop named after a county in the US and since then my palette has veered around the American and Caribbean way of cooking.  British desserts are my favorite.

The shop bought Souther fried chicken is still a winner!
