Margherita thin crush pizza

For an even thinner crust the best Neopolitan pizzas are from (all) restaurants.  They know how to make the crust very thin yet still a pizza base.  I have to take my hat off to Pizza chefs!

Mine is a cross between the deep pan pizzas and a thin crust pizza and to get this base I had to refrigerate the dough for 4 days. 

Happy lunch-ing and have a wonderful picnic! The weather is right for an outdoors picnic!

I used too much cream in the sauce so it looks pale but never mind!
