Morning snack Crumpets with a topping

I added a Philly cheese, mozarella with tomato topping for an evening snack which is not usual. Crumpets are normally eaten in the morning with a morning breakfast as in the high street American food chain.

I had some for an early lunch which is rare and again for an evening snack, even rarer.  With Philly cheese, mozarella and tomatoes.  That is so rare, I would have to swap it next time with a pizza base.

I can mention the beverage! It is hot chocolate and although I used to drink hot chocolate for breakfast at boarding school, I see it as a drink in the evenings!
