When it comes to ice cream, Neopolitan ice cream is somewhere in my top 3 ice creams with the Viennetta ice cream lolly sticks very close to the top.
I do not have an ice cream maker and I wanted to add some rum (gifted) to it. Raisons would have been even better but I did not get raisins at the same place I got this ice cream for almost the price of a mini chicken burger at one of the known high street restaurants. It is a shop with a country name.
The rum adds that special flavour only rum can do.
