From a quaint classic library to a modern hive of activities for the whole family. The cafe is brilliant. The cakes have that homemade quality about them that makes the likes of say, the banana cake truly delicious.

Bohemian Halloumi in Gluten Free bread at Tota Cafe/Restaurant South of the River Thames

(c) nature thoughts nw Tota Restaurant, South West London I haven't looked at conventional bread since! The gluten free version will convert the die-hard bread lovers everywhere. Lol. This bread is light and still tastes like bread without the stodgy and bloated feeling afterwards.

Wimbledon Library Cafe: Cake and Coffee

(c) nature thoughts nw Gosto Fino but first Coffee, Wimbledon Library, London This banana cake is fine tuned to perfection. A nice, subtle taste of bananas and the cake is light, not heavy or too moist. With coffee yes but I like tea for a refreshing break.

Big Bus Company sightseeing tours around London

(c) nature thoughts nw I haven't done a Google review of the Big Bus Company because I haven't been on any of their sightseeing tours yet! If I had to take a group around London's main attractions, I would now include this bus tour as I see them often on the busy London roads!

Pain aux raisins at Pret A Manger and Godfrey the Gingerbread Man, South of the River Thames

(c) nature thoughts nw Pret A Manger, Mitcham Road, South West London Pain aux raisin with tea is a combination I have, for years, found the perfect mid morning break. Prets does it very well and the tea has its own characteristics, like many places, so with one place, it's their chocolate muffin and tea or at another place it's their sourdough bread with tea. Everything with tea... Now it's Godfrey the Gingerbread Man as a complimentary gift because its head was broken. Lol. (Which by the way is very nicely done. Thumbs up to Godfrey!)

Hello Poppodom cafe family! Been so busy doing podcasting and community radio presenting! I still only use my recipes in the Poppodom Cafe Family's Artistically Served & Culinary Creations, and they are perfect for a small buffet at the moment for one household because of the Covid 19 restrictions. #desserts chocolate donut with fruit ice cream

I couldn't resist this brand (sounds like wispy glenn) so I got 3 for the discounted price and I had already made some ice cream to go with another dessert which is tomorrow, (but without the ice cream and instead custard), so I tried this chocolate donut with the ice cream. It just goes so well together! Without an ice cream maker-machine it is difficult to get the consistency right so if I now make ice cream, I have to eat it a few hours later. This particular donut selection has praline donuts, chocolate hazelnut and strawberry and cream donuts. Happy dessert-eating!

Light lunch Chicken sandwich with sides tagliatelle and salad

A light lunch it is for me of cold chicken wafer thin slices, with bread, a side salad and tagliatelle. I had some tagliatelle in the cupboard so I made that as a side dish and a salad. Following on from eating lasagna and pizza. It's the type of food it is that lends itself to a light lunch, picnic or buffet and as much as I love restaurant pizzas and pasta dishes, the scenery, atmosphere, laughter, hum of conversations, I just had some tagliatelle in the cupboard Lol. Not the same ambiance as somehow restaurants' pizzas and desserts hits that spot all the time! Maybe they like hitting that spot - all the time! Lol! It is like the donuts that sound like Wispy glen (Lol - I can see myself by a glen eating these donuts and dreaming about donut land). That shop which sounds like a country is unbelievably stocked with those chicken wafer slices and nice produce. Happy eating! Picnic and buffets weather soon!

Minced beef and chorizo pizza

I cannot replicate pizzas made in restaurants but mine will do for breakfast. A good many shops have minced beef value packs and the shop that sounds like Geordie does a good deal double pack. For breakfast though it is unusual but when you are used to eating a midnight snack, it becomes a special breakfast. If I had some space in my stomach I would get the Neopolitan ice cream from the shop with the name of a country. Happy eating all!
